Line Pump FAQs

Can your line pump handle big rock (large aggregate)?
Yes. We have line pumps equipped to handle both small rock (pea gravel mixes) and big rock (#57 stone and similar). Just let us know your mix design when you call and we'll match you with the right pump.
How far can the line pump hose reach?
Line pump hoses can reach several hundred feet, making them ideal for backyards, narrow lots, basements, interior pours, and any jobsite where the truck can't get close. We'll assess your access and configure accordingly.
Are there hidden fees like mobilization or standby charges?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. The estimate we give you is the price you pay. Mobilization, labor, and fuel are included. No surprise charges after the pour. Get a free estimate specific to your pour.
What if the line pump breaks down during my pour?
With 5 line pumps in our fleet, we have backup capacity. We maintain all our pumps on a strict preventive maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns, but if the unexpected happens, we can deploy a replacement quickly so your pour isn't left hanging.
Do I need to provide anything on my end for setup?
You'll want a clear path for the pump truck, a water source nearby for cleanout, and your finishing crew ready when the ready-mix arrives. We handle the pump setup, hose routing, and coordination with your ready-mix driver.
What areas do you serve?
We serve contractors within approximately 100 miles of Lake Butler, FL. That covers Gainesville, Ocala, Lake City, Live Oak, Starke, Palatka, and surrounding North Central Florida communities. Not sure if your site is in range? Submit an estimate request and we'll let you know.
