These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. ("Croft," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Lake Butler, Florida. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Croft Concrete Pumping provides concrete pumping services, including boom pump and line pump services, within approximately 100 miles of Lake Butler, FL. All services are subject to availability, equipment suitability, and site conditions.

A quote provided by Croft is an estimate based on the project information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual job conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., significantly different volume, additional setup requirements, or site access issues). Any adjustments will be communicated before work begins.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website or by phone does not constitute a binding contract. A service agreement is formed only when both parties have agreed to the scope of work, pricing, and scheduling.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once a pour date is confirmed:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pour date will not incur a fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pour may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs
• Croft reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of the pumping service
• We accept checks, cash, and electronic payments
• Past-due invoices may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
• Croft reserves the right to require a deposit for new clients or large commercial projects

Client Responsibilities

When Croft provides concrete pumping services, the client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information (volume, height, distance, access requirements)
• Ensuring the jobsite is accessible and safe for pump truck setup
• Coordinating ready-mix delivery and concrete finishing crews
• Obtaining all required permits and approvals for the project
• Ensuring the ground conditions can support the weight of the pump truck

Limitation of Liability

Croft Concrete Pumping provides concrete pumping services only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, mix design, or performance of the concrete supplied by the ready-mix provider
• Concrete finishing, curing, or post-pour results
• Structural engineering, formwork, or reinforcement adequacy
• Delays caused by third parties (e.g., ready-mix trucks, other trades)
• Pre-existing site conditions, underground utilities, or soil instability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Insurance

Croft Concrete Pumping maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Croft Concrete Pumping, Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
